PCB Membrane Switches
A printed circuit board, or PCB, is used to mechanically support and electrically connect electronic components using conductive pathways. PCBs are very durable, inexpensive, and have proven to be highly reliable. Additionally, the same feature options available to a flex membrane switch may also be applied to a PCB.

Conductor: 0.5, 1, or 2oz copper (double-sided)
Base film: 0.5, 1, or 2mil polyimide or 2, 3, 5 mil polyester
Cover film: 0.5 or 1mil polyimide or 1mil polyester
Minimum trace width: 0.1mm
Minimum space between trace: 0.1mm
Minimum hole size: 0.15mm

GROWTH PROCESS
2021: The company has obtained 6 national patents.
2019: Increase investment of RMB 15 million and move into a new factory building (Foshan factory, introduce automatic printing production line, improve purification system, further improve the printing production environment, greatly increase production capacity), the factory area is 5000 square meters, with 1000 square meters of ten 10,000-level printing workshop, the annual sales of this factory area reached 6 million US dollars.
In October 2018, the Dongguan factory of the silicone factory was established.
Established PCBA Dongguan factory in December 2015.
March 2015: increased investment of 5 million RMB, and the plant area reached 2,500 square meters (relocated factory address)
2013: Established Guangzhou Jianming Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. for production and manufacturing, with a plant area of 1,300 square meters.
2005: The company was formally established, engaged in membrane switch, touch screen, PCBA, silica gel, plastic trade, and help foreign customers with various procurement services.
